Glo introduces 4 new products for customers

Glo mobile Ghana has launched four new products for its existing and new subscribers on the network across the country.

The four products, three minutes to free, twin bash, weekend browsing pack and night browsing pack, have been developed to serve various needs of the growing community of people all over Ghana.

The ‘three minutes to free’ allows subscribers to make voice calls free to all Glo lines for the rest of the day after the first minutes of calls, the ‘Twin Bash’, is a power-packed product which gives subscribers six times the value of their data recharges.

With the ‘Twin Bash,’ a subscriber who recharges with GH¢1 for instance will get benefits worth GH¢6. Additionally, the subscriber will get free data worth GH¢1 for gifting to friends and associates.

The benefits include a 200 per cent data bundle, a 100 per cent bonus airtime that can be used to make calls to any number in Ghana, another 300 per cent bonus to call 10 Glo Family & Friends numbers and a 100 per cent additional benefit available for gifting to any Glo number the subscriber chooses. The offer is available on any denomination from GH¢1 and above.

For the ‘Weekend Browsing pack,’ subscribers are required to pay GH¢8.00 to enjoy 3GB of data between Friday 11 p.m.and 6am on Monday. The user will also enjoy the offer from 11 p.m. till 6 a.m. on weekdays. The pack is valid for seven days.

The fourth product is another data offer named the Night Browsing pack which enables subscribers to enjoy 500MB browsing each night from 11pm to 6am with only GH¢1.00.

“There is something for everyone in these products. The guarantee to customers old and new is that they are going to spend less to get more than anyone else can deliver to them in this market,” Mr. Augustine Mamuro, Head of Business Glo Ghana said at the launch in Accra yesterday..

He said the products were developed after painstaking research and is aimed  to strengthen the nexus in the existing situations and critical and current needs of various classes of telecom service users.

He said Glo had built the products to help subscribers win as they are loaded with benefits that would make subscribers to appreciate the good behind the introduction of these products.

He expressed the hope that the new products would help position Glo mobile to make a strong impact in the life of every customer and also attract others to the network because of the huge benefits they stand to gain from each of them.

According to Mr. Mamuro, these two products, Weekend Browsing and Night Browsing, were developed to cater for the large number of people who desire heavy data usage during the weekend and throughout the night.

Mr. Mamuro said Glo Mobile is investing enormous resources on network upgrade to guarantee significant improvement in the quality of voice and data service.
