Judges for the event include Chefs Gary Lane of the Labadi Beach Hotel, and John Oduro of the Right to Dream Academy.
The scheduled 13 weeks event would have several cooks across the country competing for the ultimate prize of Gh¢10, 000, three months internship with a five-star hotel and Gh¢5, 000 worth of cooking appliances.
Speaking at the launch, Ivan Quarshigah of Famhouse Productions said the event was open to amateur cooks, including restaurants, chop bar operators, housewives and chefs across the country.

Highlighting on the entry process, he said interested persons should email their recipe plus a photo of their preferred dish with any Onga product by the side accompanied by a full and passport size picture to firstname.lastname@example.org.
