The Chief of Staff, Mr. Julius Debrah will chair a stakeholders’ forum in Accra today on SME financing.
A statement from the Office of the President said the focus of this forum is to solicit support and commitment from relevant institutions to help implement various initiatives to bridge the financing gap being faced by SMEs.
“Dr. Rashid Pelpuo, the Minister of State in charge of Private Sector Development and Public Private Partnerships together with relevant institutions launched the SME Financing Fair under the theme: “SME, Financing in Ghana- Enhancing access and reducing cost,” the statement said.
The statement said, “All invited institutions are encouraged to attend this forum and contribute to the discourse on pragmatic approaches to addressing the financing gap faced by the SMEs in Ghana.”
