‘Fist of Fury’ moves to Osu tomorrow

The ‘Fist of Fury’ boxing league returns tomorrow with some interesting bouts at the forecourt of the Osu Mantse Palace.

According to President of the Ghana Boxing Federation (GAF), George Lamptey, the League has been exciting and kept the boxers, especially those in the national team, the Black Bombers, very busy and active.

The fixtures for Week 8 have been released by the Technical Department of the GBF with CSPY gym facing Sea View gym; Seconds Out gym will clash with CQBF while Akotoku Academy goes toe-to-toe with the Wisdom gym.

The Attoh Quarshie gym which has been impressive under the guidance of Coach Vincent Akai Nettey, assistant national team trainer will challenge PPBA gym.

The competition which has travelled to communities such as the Bukom Boxing Arena, Chorkor, Bukom, James Town, Sukura and now Osu will come up with a line-up of artist to provide entertainment to the fans.

Clyde T. Narh, the production manager said lack of funds has made it very difficult to put pieces together, but will try to catch up with the rest of the League.
