The move is to relieve over 200 children from Dome Sampaman, a community near Amasaman in the Greater Accra Region, of the trouble of travelling to Adjen Kotoku, Kwashiekumah and Dobro Gonno to attend school.
When completed, the MP believes the schools would help to enhance the education of children in the area.
Nii Laryea gave the assurance at a durbar to climax the celebration of the Homowo Festival of the chiefs and people of Sampaman in the Ga West District.
Nii Laryea pledged to use his share of the District Assemblies Common Fund to support the projects.
He commended Nii Kojo Sampa VI, Chief of Sampaman, for offering land for the school project and called on other chiefs to emulate his example to promote development in their community.
He said such contributions from community leaders encouraged governments to provide assistance to better the lot of the people.
Nii Sampa pledged to provide 20 bags of cement while Nii Amartey, the Youth Leader of the town, promised GH¢10,000 towards the school project.
Nii Sampa appealed to the Amasaman Municipal Assembly, philanthropists and non-governmental organisations to support the project.
Nii Amartey gave the assurance that the youth were ready to provide communal labour and called on citizens at home and abroad to contribute either cash or in kind towards the project.
