Di Asa grand finale tonight at Trade Fair

Hundreds of fun lovers will this evening throng the Fantasy Dome of the La Trade Centre for the much awaited grand finale of Di Asa season 3, TV reality show.

The flagship TV reality show by Atinka Media Village (AMV), had its season 3 edition launched in April this year. ‘Di Asa’ is an opportunity for plus-sized market women across the country who have passion for dancing, to exhibit their dancing skills to enable them stay healthy, entertain the public and win awards at the end of the competition.

Artiste to headline the Di Asa season 3 grand finale tonight  would include Wendy Shay, Patapaa, Article wan, Joyce Blessing, Superintendent Dr Kofi Sarpong, Borax, Gasmila, Sister Afia, alongside AMV’s Di Asa hit maker, Ntiamoah expected to host about 6000 fun lovers from  across the country.

 The Managing Director of AMV, Albert Kwabena Dwunfour in a chat with Times Weekend less than 48 hours before the much anticipated Atinka TV Reality show, disclosed that this year’s Di Asa would award the ultimate winner with a brand new salon car, with the second placed winner taking home an ‘Abosey Okai Matcho’ (mini pickup) while the third, takes home ‘Aboboyaa’ tricycle).

Aside these prizes, Mr Dwunfour said the first three winners would enjoy a sponsored trip to Dubai, the United Arab Emirate in addition to cash prizes.

According to him, about 50 plus-size women qualified at the audition which was held throughout the country, with 47 of the contestants making it to the house.

The winners of tonight’s show, he said would be selected based on public votes which would amounts to 60 per cent points while judges have 40 per cent stake.

“Voting is currently ongoing and the public is encouraged to vote for their favourite contestants on SMS shortcode 1422 on all networks and on mobile money code *714*14# to enable the best win.” the AMV CEO said.

He encouraged the contestants to put out their best during tonight’s show as he urged families and friends to vote for their loved ones.
