Leading International tyre brand Continental Tyres has officially launched its showroom at Graphic Road in Accra.

Partnered with Rainbow Motors, it is set to roll out many retail outlets (Conti Partner) with Bollore Africa Logistics as its logistics provider.

Head of Marketing and Sales in Sub Saharan Africa, Ian Langlands in a post-launch interview said “We have our first containers of stock arrived in Ghana, put our warehouse and logistics facilities in place and have purposed to open more stores across the country.”

“This is our retail concept for Ghana-Conti Partner to roll out shops throughout Ghana, majority of tied up agreement with Bollare, a logistics provider to do the logistics to ensure tires are in on time,” he said.

He said “We will have multiple partners besides Rainbow, but it is the first Conti Partner. Continental is our flagship brand, and safety has always been our hallmark. Our Legal entity was opened on July 1.”

He advised drivers to check pressures of their car tires once a month and rotate them every six months.

Langlands indicated that his outfit provides a wide range of quality tires tailored for both the private and commercial use-Agriculture, Mining, 4×4 etc.

Managing Director of Continental Tyre Sub Saharan Africa, Shaun Uys also said “Continental understands the needs of their customers and has a product offering to meet those needs. German engineering is our heritage with customer focused technologies at our core.”
