CAMEROON has confirmed they will play the Black Queens on 18 July in Yaounde in their 2016 Olympics Games third qualifying round first leg tie.
The match will be played at the Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo.
Ghana will host the return leg on 02 August in Accra.
The Lionesses are back from the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup where they were the only African team to advance to the knockout round.
The winner of the tie will face either Ivory Coast or Zimbabwe in the final qualifying round.
*Sporting Mirren FC may not honour all its subsequent matches in the Division One League if the club fails to pay a GHc500.00 fine within 14 days after four players of their players were cautioned and one player expelled from the field of play in their match against Tema Youth FC.
The Match Reports indicate that four players of Sporting Mirren FC were cautioned and one player was expelled from the field of play by the referee for various reasons.
The actions or inactions of the players are in clear violation of Article 53 of the Disciplinary Code of the Ghana Football Association.
Pursuant to Article 15(b) of the GFA Disciplinary Code and Article, 39(8)(b) and 39(8)(d) of the General Regulations of the GFA, should Sporting Mirren FC fail to pay the fines stated above within the stipulated 14 days upon the receipt of this letter, the club shall forfeit all its subsequent matches until the fine is fully paid.
