CAF scrutinizes coach’s badges

NSANZUWRIMO Ramadhan can now coach Big Bullets during the 2015 Champions League after his origin country’s Burundi Football Association granted him a CAF B Licence following the Confederation of African Football’s rejection of his initial coaching badges.

Football Association of Malawi (FAM) FAM technical director John Kaputa and club licensing manager Casper Jangale confirmed that the Burundian, whose predecessor Elia Kananji was demoted for lacking a CAF qualification, was also found wanting on his qualifications.

He had a certificate earned from coaching course which CAF organized in Burundi in 1992. We wrote CAF seeking their clarification and they recognized that as a mere certificate of attendance,” Jangale explained on Wednesday.
