According to him, beach soccer has the potential of winning laurels for the country but lack of corporate support has affect them.
Beach soccer is currently beingsupported by Cal Bank and a few other entities, but there is the need to improve it.
He said the new season would begin soon, adding that they intend to strengthen the national team by unearthing players from the league.
Mr. Armah stressed that the team after their exposure at the recently held Nations Cup in Seychelles, had developed some more enthusiasm towards the sport and would endeavour to do better in other competitions.
“The competition was a good experience for the team, as we have built some confidence and we would perform better in the next event,” he stated.
He added that the competition was the biggest platform for the team with a very huge standard, and they need to improve upon those standards at the local front for future challenges.
