Ashaiman Town Road Project Progresses

Work on the Ashaiman town road is  progressing steadily since Kofi Job Company Limited, an indigenous construction firm, began work in July, this year.

The six-kilometre road, currently 50 percent complete,  is expected to be fully completed next year.

Speaking to the media during an inspection,  the contractor,  Kofi Job Gyebi was optimistic that with the support of government and the co-operation of residents, the project would be completed on schedule.

He commended residents of Ashaiman for being very supportive and understanding  despite some inconveniences such as the unprecedented traffic and disruption of water supply, following the breakage of some pipelines.

He  urged the residents to continue to be co-operative and  patient, as the company worked on the road.
