A real estate development company, Dream Reality, has pledged to continue to honour its corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards its stakeholders.

In a statement issued yesterday in Accra, the company said it was through CSR projects that it could contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.

One of the company’s CSR project is the new Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) office which it gifted to the metropolis for the support it received from residents during the construction of “the Octagon” an ultra-modern multipurpose edifice located behind the new office.

The new AMA office, christened the “Accra City Hall” sits on a 4,000 square metre land and has three floors of offices, 300-seater amphitheatre, a library which are all fully furnished and over 200 car parking space.

The statement recalled that acquiring an ideal location for the “Octagon” took a lot of efforts which included the relocation of a market at the site to a different location.

“The authorities and market representatives, having trust in our ambition of bringing engineering vision into reality and opening up Ghana to the outside world in terms of infrastructure and real estate development, the least we can do is give back to the society that accommodates us,” the statement said.

It expressed the company’s appreciation for the collaboration it had built with the AMA and other stakeholders and hoped the relationship would be deepened.
