The grand finale of the Rush Community Basketball championship is set for the Accra Polytechnic basketball court on December 20.

After several weeks of electrifying encounters among 10 teams, four teams have sailed through to battle it out for the whopping $3,000 at stake.

The four teams, Tudu Warriors, Ashiaman Tigers, Tema Sharks and Osu Hawks have maintained some dominance over the period and are geared up for the final day.

According to organisers, the action-packed event would be spiced by an entertainment package. Last Saturday’s games attracted celebrated movie actors like Pusher (Adjetey Annan), John Dumelo and other crew members of the new Ghanaian action thriller, Interception, on court displaying their skills on court.

Led by Pusher, the crew took turns to display their shooting skills before forming a team to play with a section of the basketball fans that thronged the court.
