Telecom firm Airtel Ghana is undertaking a week-long raft of exciting activities to celebrate its customers as part of the global commemoration of International Customer Service week.
The celebration which began on Monday ends Friday, October 9, 2015.
It will see among other activities, leadership of the company visiting select retail outlets to engage and interact with customers, as well as give-away surprises.
Customers will also have the opportunity to enjoy services such as health screening and spa treatments from Airtel’s benefit partners.
Ms. Rosy Fynn, Marketing Director of Airtel said, “Internationally, Customer Service Week is commemorated annually to celebrate and reward customers. At Airtel, we believe in celebrating our customers at every touchpoint every single day, because they are the reason why we are here. This is why we are constantly innovating and providing cutting-edge solutions to meet their every need.”
This week has been set aside by Airtel to allow management and customer experience representatives, to engage with our customers and reward them for making the company not only the most loved brand in their daily lives, but also the telecommunication brand of choice.
She said, “With over four million customers on our network and growing, we have four million reasons to celebrate and this customer service week is one of the many ways we show our customers that we truly appreciate them.”
In commemoration of the week, Airtel employees across the country will also engage in exciting activities including market storms and customer rewarding initiatives, aimed at creating an exceptional experience for customers.
The greatest of these rewards are free return tickets to London as an addition to Airtel Premier’s existing partnership with British Airways. Currently Airtel customers receive up to 15 per cent discount on British Airways tickets.
To be eligible to win in this promotion, customers would have to buy a premier pack, a combo pack offering deep discounts on local and international minutes to select destinations as well as SMS and data. The promotion runs until November 30, 2015.
