They beat North Legon School Complex with 52.5 points to take home the trophy, a computer and an undisclosed amount of money.
For gaining 52 points, North Legon took home a trophy and a cash prize while the third prize went to Jewel of the Millennium International School which scored 49 points.
Participants of the competition were quizzed in mathematics, social studies, English language, integrated science, religious and moral education, as well as information communication technology.
Other participating schools were Sandy School, Bethesda Methodist School and Ancilla International schools all in the Ga East Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
Mr.Kwaku Oppong Amponsah, General Manager of Adwinsa Publications said the competition was aimed at encouraging learning among pupils in the municipality.
In addition, he said the initiative had the objective of helping to bridge the gap between the private and public schools within the municipality.
Mr. Amponsah said the 2017 edition of the competition would begin from next academic term adding that the number of participating schools would be increased to include schools from Kwabenya and Atomic areas.
Ms. Gifty Asiedu of the Ga East Education Directorate lauded the objective of the quiz concept, and urged the pupils to study hard and shun all negative tendencies that would jeopardise their future.
