30 called for Black Queens camp

Thirty (30) players have been handed call ups into the senior national female team, the Black Queens as they begin preparation for the upcoming WAFU tournament in Cote d’Ivoire.

The Black Queens will camp in Cape Coast ahead of the tournament which will be held from May 8-18 in Abidjan.

Defending champions Ghana are in group ‘B’ with Mali, reigning African champions Nigeria and Guinea.

Host Cote d’Ivoire has been drawn in Group A alongside Niger, Senegal and Benin Republic.
