Qwame Gaby thanks all with ‘Aseda and Fr3 no’ songs

Musician Qwame Gaby who swept the Gospel song of the year prize at the just ended Volta Music Award (VMA) held in the Volta Regional capital says he is grateful to his fans and church members who give him all the support that won him the award.

Qwame says he is first and foremost grateful to God for the strength and gift of singing that the Lord has given him to stay in the gospel music ministry over the past years.

At the St John Catholic Parish at Odorkor-Tipper in Accra, Qwame is expected to thrill his fans, gospel music lovers and fellow parishioners with two of his singles-‘ Aseda and Fr3 no’ songs  with his Qwame Gospel Ministry team.

Qwame Gaby was nominated in five categories; Gospel Artiste of the Year, Best Male Vocalist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Gospel Song of the Year and Best Music Video of the Year.

He said his success wouldn’t have been possible without the help and contribution of others who spent their skills and time to push him.
 
He told Times Weekend that the “This award by the VMA was  not just for Qwame Gaby but for my friends, church members, production team, producer and others especially  Kingford De General and publicist Jonilar and the fans who used their resources”.

The chartered marketer turned gospel musician says his ministry has got a mission to accomplished by spreading the gospel of Christ through gospel music throughout the country to win more souls to Christ.

He advised the youth to put their trust in God to be able to achieve the dreams.
